Instagram Non Follow Back Detector

To use this tool, you need to request your data from Instagram through the Accounts Center. For the latest official instructions, visit the Instagram Help Center.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Go to your profile and tap the Menu icon (☰) in the top right.
2. Tap Accounts Center, then tap Your information and permissions.
3. Tap Download your information, then tap Request a download.
4. Select Some of your information.
5. Scroll down and select only Followers and following from the list, then tap Next. (This single option includes followers, following, and pending requests).
6. Make sure Download to device is selected and tap Next.
7. For the file options, you must select:
   • Date range: All time
   • Format: JSON
8. Tap Create files. Instagram will notify you when your file is ready to download.

Once you have the `.zip` file, you can upload it here directly using Option A.
